What Can Spur Neck Pain?

Arm pain arising because of a Cervical Herniated Disc is one of the most common conditions of cervical spine.  This type of condition is usually developed amongst those belonging to 30-50 year old age group.  Albeit the main cause of its occurrence is injury or trauma to the cervical spine, the symptoms start spontaneously. Neck pain and symptoms that originate because of herniated disc tend to form the common problems for adults. Various bones, joints, ligaments and muscles including similar anatomic structures together compose neck.  Almost each of these above said structure comprise of nerve endings that can perceive painful problems on their occurrence.

One of the most common causes of neck pain is the cervical disc degeneration and stiffness in neck is felt because of this only. Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease is less common in comparison to disc degeneration in the lumbar line as the neck is subjected to lesser force and torque. Nevertheless, an injury developed due to a fall or twist to the disc space can incite degeneration. Furthermore, it can also lead to wear and tear on the disc over certain period of time that is can be one of the prime reasons of the neck pain caused due to disc degeneration.
